      When my family and I checked in the front desk staff was NO help to us, then we went to our room and opened the door to the room and this very strong musty mildew smell hit us in the face, the bathtub had long hair in it and also in the bathroom sink , in the bed room there was paper trash on the floor next to the bed , also the tv wouldn’t work and icebox was out , went strait back to the front desk to inform them of our situation the staff was NO help again and blew me off, I informed the staff I wanted a full refund so I could leave and go find somewhere else to stay with my family, and the front desk staff said you booked the stay with booking.com there is NO refund of $800 so we stayed and spent 1 hour cleaning the room and bleaching the room our self, I went to take my grandson down to the indoor pool to swim and we started to get into the pool the water felt like 3 dump trucks full of ice backed up and dumped the ice into the pool, so NO swimming for my grandson and me.
