Here's what we loved: the vaulted ceilings, the a/c & ceiling fans, the fridge, the stove, the stacked W/D, the microwave (a little high on the shelf for shorties like me😊) , the TV's & apps, the furniture, the many storage cabinets and drawers in the bedroom, the small but, efficient bathroom, and absolutely adored the jetted hot tub/sauna!!! Also, the closeness to downtown, Lookout Mountain, and Walmart!!!

The first 3 nights dealing with roaches, and dirty floors, and not so nice linens on the bed. However, after we purchased bug spray & vinegar, the bugs disappeared, and after house-keeping gave us lovely linens, and swept the floors, there was much improvement!!! I think the laminate floors cannot be cleaned with water, thus, the dirt sticks to the floor, even if you can't actually see the dirt until you clean an area where you dropped something while cooking!!! Just grab a baby wipe and swipe the floor...you can tell immediately how clean it is!!!

Tapestry Room: Great location right on the Boardwalk. Room had a small frig and a nice sized bathroom. King size bed was comfy. Parking was onsite, free, and very convenient. Quiet, relaxing place to stay

Hard to find staff. Didn't get enough towels daily for 2 people staying. Rooms not swept so sand was everywhere. Beach Chairs and umbrellas were hard to find if they had enough for all guests.

Bed and sheets could have been more comfortable, and vending machines need updating—they only accept exact change, and the front desk couldn’t break a $5. With no where to purchase beverages in the area, I had to go with tap water from the bathroom sink. Ice machine was also coin operated for some reason.

It was a bit outdated. And the cleaning staff didn’t do a real thorough job. The room was clean, but there was still stuff on the floor like it wasn’t vacuumed.

The room was horrible like it was run down motel and it was dirty! I was glad I had antibacterial wipes with me and I wiped down anything and everything I could. The bed you could feel the springs, the room didn't have tv, phone, or wifi. It had roaches, so overall I was disgusted with the room.
