The main thing I loved was the staff. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere else where the staff was so nice and kind. We stayed there for 4 nights and every employee we came across had such a great attitude! The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

A bit more expressives from Staff of where about and what The Building and The Bradley Has To Offer Would Grab some Merit. I Did not Like That The Ice Cube Container Had leftover water at bottom of Container, Not just moisture but roughly 3/8 in. Nearly. Happens. I did not Like that The Soap dispensers in shower Unit were 2 out of 3 Completely empty, One Having just about enough shampoo for A Childs Scalp. Seemingly nowhere close to Accommodating A Full Head Of Long, Lovely, Lady's Hair. Staff apologized when Brought to attention as well as Retrieved two Travel size shampoo and conditioner Samples for our using. My arrival was An Early Morning arrival, it was Swift when it came to check in, just swipe My credit card and Staff issued Door keys, Beyond the Kind Personnel On Duty and The Property being Comforting and Eye appealing I cannot state that I have a good rating this stay as I Chose a Higher Status Unit this go around which came with a Steeper rate yet The performance and Amenities slacked In several areas. My recommendation will stay at An 4-Star Score/5 and I will share Location and The Bradley With my Peers and Associates with Great Pleasure in knowing The Owners and Leaders and Staff of The Bradley Are A Pleasant and Well Meaning Group/Team as well As The Hotel Is One of a Kind and Absolutely A Gorgeous Piece of Eye Catch And a Calm, Great Vibe and Very much Comfortable Choice of Stays In Downtown Fort Wayne Indiana.

location was the best part of hotel. lobby was nice, valet was on time and very accommodating.

Walls are paper thin. First night we were located directly under a family with baby that cried all night. Floors squeaked and groaned with each step. Did not have hot water the first evening and second and third day was sporadic with water warm, cold, then occasionally warmer. They did upgrade us but again had no hot water and paper thin floors above. This time people above were late partiers which was good for them but bad for us.

the service .room wasnt ready when i got there got there at three and didnt offer me another room waited forty fie minutes for him to finish it and then i think he just rush thru it the freg wasnt clean was afraid to put anything in it the miro wasnt clean was afraid to use it the tolite the died bolt was too hard to use seat needed to be nailed down it moves this was the warste stay i ever had in the four years that i have been coming

My shower didn’t have hot water when I wanted too take a shower the hot water wouldn’t get hot. Me my sister wanted too use the pool but the pool was very dirty and felt like Salam room in the pool area guess ac was off the hot tub didn’t work the water was cold so we didn’t use the pool we went back too our room. But other than that the room was clean and decent and free breakfast was good.
