Clean and comfortable. It was a bit odd that the room contained an ironing board but not and iron. You had to ask the front desk to borrow it.

The breakfast that was supposed to be available consisted of little more that coffee and cereals. Usually there is a standard breakfast in Super 8 motels, but this one was a little skimpy on that.

I was looking forward to have a place to rest and be close to restaurants and easy access to the highway.

The room was on the ground floor. The door framed had open gaps that let the traffic noise in. I was asked to pay an extra $20 on my card for an incidental fee. I was told that it I was going to have that refunded to my card at the time of checkout. Well, I checked out about four hours later because, I didn’t feel comfortable in the room and felt restless from the traffic noise and looking at the big door gaps, that could let critters in as well. I didn’t think this places was worth the money and the hustle they put you through. At the time I checked out, I was told that my $20 incidental fee was going to be refunded after they checked the room for damages and was not given a check-out receipt. I was told she was going to send it by email. So I said thank you and left. Interesting enough, I never received that email, but the next morning around 9:00 am, I received a message asking me when I was planning to check out and a reminder that check out was at 11am. So I called to the hotel to ask why they had not processed my check out the moment I left the hotel, not the next morning and the hotel manager answered saying that, at the moment it was check out time and she was too busy to speak to me, but that she was going to call me back and have this resolved. When she called back she said that now I had to wait for her to get reports on the conditions of the room after they finalized their check out process. Needless to say that I’m still waiting for my final receipt and my $20 incidental deposit.
