The property itself was fine and I didn’t experience any issues during my stay. However, I was told a hold would be placed on my account for up to 8 days, and after that time had passed, I was informed I would need to wait an additional 4 days. If the funds still weren’t returned, I would need to call again. That kind of service feels very frustrating and unprofessional.

Clean rooms, convenient to stores and definitely loved how the back is setup with chairs so you can be close to the ocean but don’t have to get in the sand unless you want too.

We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to make the bed or take out the garbage. We did call the front desk and they were not concerned, did not offer to bring fresh towels or send someone up. Mentioned again at check out and were told a manger would contact us and no one ever called.

Stuffy no ventilation asked for a fan and that made the ceiling alarm go off maybe the fan lifted the dust into alarm not sure but this woke me up a couple times we ended up going home around 1am good thing we were a couple hrs away.
