For a top rated hotel at $200 a night, the room was awful - felt old, bed uncomfortable and noisy. The hotel facilities - bar and dining were beautiful with excellent food and service. But I was there to spend 2 nights.

The property was clean and the condo was well stocked with kitchen utensils. Easy access to pool and beach area. A/C was great. The balcony view was beautiful.

To begin, the elevator worked maybe 3 times while we were there. The security at the gate was rude. Constant work/ construction on the the stairwell next to our condo and because the elevator wasn’t working, we had to walk all the way to the other stairwell.

Dirty: needed vacuuming, everyplace including our room. There was popcorn and candy bits on the floor throughout our room. All the surfaces such as the elevator entry doors etc. were dirty. The outer garage receptacles were filled to top for days also there was cigarette butts and like garbage outside the entryways.
