  The staff team was amazing. We camped for 3 days. One day they had a luau, and the other two days they had treasure hunts for the kids and gave out prizes. The restrooms/showers were immaculate. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. Nice walk to the beach from the camp.

  Dear Tammah, you had one job - A great view of the Tetons from the dome. You failed miserably. I booked this as a surprise for my husband. Once we saw our dome (#10), he laughed and made fun of me. Not the reaction I had hoped for. Especially considering the money I spent. The dome was lovely except for the clump of Aspen trees completely blocking an otherwise perfect mountain view. Seriously? Our view from the deck was the next door dome. For this kind of ridiculous money, if it can’t be done right it shouldn’t be done at all. This is false advertising. I fell for it. To be fair, some domes had a magnificent view. These should be the only domes offered. Also - I understand the natural look, but there is a fine line between “natural” and “abandoned”. This place was a mess. For this price, some grounds maintenance is in order. One more quick comment on the bathroom sink, or lack thereof. It had zero counter space to set toiletries, even though there was plenty of room for a bigger sink or shelf or something. Anything. I had to set all of my toiletries on the floor. This is unacceptable. Maybe put a mirror over the kitchen sink where there was at least a little counter space. The check in staff was underwhelming. In conclusion, I have stayed at different glamping sites in the US and in other countries and all have blown this one away. I wish I could get my money back.

  The location of the hotel was very nice. It was walking distance to various stores and restaurants

  The first room, the beds were made but the floor was extremely dirty. It had paper and other things all on the floor throughout the room. She kindly gave us another room and this one, both beds were made but one didn't have a bottom sheet on it and the floor needed vacuuming but it wasn't as bad as the first room. Was informed that all the cleaning staff had gone. It was after 6pm. She was the only one there.
