      Breakfast fruit is not fresh or even bad. No complimentary water in the room. You may have to pay more. Parking is an extra cost. Had to ask the front desk which seems to be a long wait too. No facial tissue was in the room.

      Lack of elevator signage. The front desk was not very clear and my mother needed the elevator to get to the 3rd floor. Additionally. The front desk staff (male on Friday at approx 1130am) was so rude.
