Our room was so clean! It was really quiet, the location was amazing and after staying at another place before coming there; this is where we'll be back! Plus we had a fireplace! The beds with the down comforter...so comfy! The room was exceptional! Thank you so so much for the wonderful time!

I like the fact that when I called with my issues, both Jamie and Joe were very helpful with my situations. Jamie helped get my family moved to accommodations that we sufficient for myself, my husband, and my mom.

A studio and an efficiency are different... I booked a studio that should've had a couch. When I got there, their was a small pull out chair in the room. I didn't like that I had to pay extra in order to be moved to an apartment that did have a separate bedroom and a sofabed...

Errors in system resulted in being awaken at 9am to prove I had booked the room.was kept up for another half an hour and couldn't get back to sleep. Bed was meh and not very comfy. Bathroom is sad but clean at least. Shower sucks.

Staff was rude and had some problems with room incidentals deposit. Said I owed another $1.32 because of a problem on Booking.com. Was supposed to be $100 deposit and turned into $302.64 in deposits. I'll never use Booking.com again or Holiday Inn Express

Broken door, air didn't work, mini fridge didn't work, bathroom was not clean, ice bucket was dirty. Tried to contact them after our stay and have yet to hear from them, and it's been a month.

Everything. I paid for premium room with strip view. That was $70 extra. The room was on the 50th floor but there are prison bars outside on the windows because there is an huge digital advertisement running on the hotel wall and those bars with lighting cables are supporting the advertisement. There was a small opening without bars but the view was 90% obstructed. Also, unobstructive view was to the huge empty lot. Tiny fridge was broken. There is a bar but if you even look at it, you get charged. You have 25 seconds to decide whether you want item from the bar because you are automatically charged when the time is up. No coffee machine which is a staple in much less expensive hotels.Some parts of the pools are open starting 11:00 am when it is check out time so guests staying for one night can’t use it. Hotel, restaurants and casino seem empty. Stores opening at 11:00 am - check out time. Maybe empty due to the location, on the strip, but far away from main attractions. I don’t recommend this hotel, so many other choices.

The AC unit was not working at all, the room was a higher temperature than the weather forecast was outside, I had the window fully open, AC on low and MAX AC, I had to strip down, and I was still dripping in excessive sweat from the heat in the room. the woman at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful to myself and my friend. She had attempted to say that she would need a 20$ cash deposit and when I asked her why, her response was, “ haven’t you been to a hotel before? All of them have deposits” I literally booked this hotel for the only reason being the fact that it did not have any deposit required and it was my the only option if I didn’t want to spend the night outdoors. She also told me that it had to be in cash, and I asked her if I could use my card and she said that their system would not accept a card. I literally saw here giving another guest their card back after they used it to pay for their room! She fully told me after seeing my makeup(I’m a man btw) “we don’t allow any kind of personal gatherings and no other people are allowed to be in the room if they are not on the reservation” and when I asked her what she was implying she said “we are a hotel, not a sex house and we do not tolerate any disturbances” Shut down this place
