It’s in the desert. That’s why it’s called Desert Inn. They’ve been there for decades now otherwise somebody else would have taken the name. They’ve been defending that name for a long time. They do a real good job keeping things clean and neat and not too expensive.

Problem with the cleaning services. In a 10 day stay (2 reservations) the room was cleaned only twice even though they say it will be cleaned every other day. One particular day I specifically asked to be cleaned and they ignore the request and when o call back they report to me that housekeeping had gone away and all they could do is give me some extra towels.

Jackie was awesome she cooks the breakfast and cleans the rooms and makes sure guest needs are met!! The breakfast is a simple toast or bagel 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon or sausage with juice and or coffee. Its an older colonial type home with no elevator just good old stairs. This is not a resort hotel it is a nice pleasant mostly quiet bed and breakfast that is a beautiful property and close to all Atlanta area attractions. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay it was well lit and safe. We couldnt ask for anything more for the fair price we paid. If your looking for a resort this is not it. It has never been described as such. If you want a nice quiet safe and clean place to rest your head and a decent small breakfast this is the place. It also is a wedding venue and it looks beautiful and would be a great place to have a wedding. Thank you Georgia Palms my wife and I will be back for a stay when we visit the area.

Stairway can be a bit tight if you have large luggage but its not a problem.
