Very clean, and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Clean facilities , and we were greeted nicely by staff when we walked in. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived in the arrive at 2pm...asked for an early check in but they were unable to do so which was fine. We would for sure stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location walkable to many amenities and two different districts within the city. Parking is not included one has to find public parking. We used the Fox tower, which was right down the street.

We had breakfast at the restaurant thinking it was convenient way to start your day, was a disappointment. We asked for extra butter and got a dish that seems like it was used by somebody else before.

Listen I’m not one to write reviews but please read this! When I pulled in a cop was in the parking lot (should have been the sign to cancel and leave) I checked in had to wait forever for someone to come to the desk. It’s a very sketchy place especially for children to be. As I’m going to my room there is people outside doing “sketchy” stuff I’ll say. Then someone tried to flag me down but I didn’t stop. Then I had to park on the side of the road in the parking lot. When I got in my room a roach crawled down the wall. The beds felt wet when I was looking for bed bugs didn’t see any but looked like they may be there. The floor was so dirty caked on stuff around the beds. The room smelled like mold and mildew. I had holes in the furniture and walls and the door frame was chewed by a dog. I was supposed to have nonsmoking room with a bath tub and when I go there they gave me smoking with a shower. People live in this place and they aren’t all the safest people to be around. They refused to refund me my money because I was there too long (less than an hour) my daughter was itchy from being in the room gave them a shower and was still itchy. This hotel needs off this website. It’s a bad part of town and needs shut down honestly.
