The place was filthy and bathroom was very dirty. Hair was clogged in the shower drain. First night the toilet was backing up. In the ad it indicated that breakfast was included but there was no breakfast. I felt like complaining to labor for hygiene surrounding. No proper towels, Luckly I had my own bath towel. Parking lot had homeless people sitting around. No room service. Paid $80.00 a night Total $320.00. I should have paid another 20 to 25.00 a night and got a better place. Just barely managed. I will not recommend any body or will ever return.

The dinner meal was inedible everything overcooked dried out. I would have been ashamed to serve it. The breakfast was a solid 8/10. I hadn't eaten dinner there in 10 or more years, the quality has certainly changed.

The beach and grounds are wonderful..Not sure if we will be returning do to the recent buyout and 2 new hotels going on either side. Sounds like too many people to me.

People eating, drinking, and smoking in the pool! Not enough staff at harrys or rum runners. Wait time for anything was ridiculous.

It was hard to get in touch with hotel staff. No one was ever in the office when I stopped by to check in, or to ask a question. When I called the number listed on the office door to clarify my room number from my welcome email, and once the day after to request a towel I had an unpleasant answer from the person who answered the phone.

The home is lovely, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The property is amazing, grass field for family football, a creek to play in and listen to the water. The kitchen was mostly well stocked.

I would have appreciated a few more cooking things, ie olive oil. And the sliding glass door didn't work well.

It was terrible!!! The worst breakfast ever the buffet was cold and only had 1 meat no fruit no toast. Everything was cold and 2 meals and drink was $75. Can I get a refund. Want to sleep with the balcony open to hear the ocean but someone was smoking weed all night

The instructions were very thorough and came well enough ahead of arrival, room was comfortable and amenities were good. Great option for a solo traveler/couple.
