I genuinly loved the hotel. It was clean, very comfortable and relaxing. If given the opportunity I would definitely choose the Grandview as my choice if hotels to stay at.

I was very disappointed in the staff. I found them to be rude and non sympathetic to my situation. Let me explain... first of all I was there celebrating the renewal of mine and my husband's wedding vows after 18 years of being together. Upon using maps for direction to the hotel it took us to the wrong hotel where 4 hours of our trip was wasted there. When we finally reached the Grandview it was 11 pm and had just experienced 4 hours of pure hell we explained to the front staff our experience and was given a non chalant cold shoulder by registration. She was rude and non caring as if we were annoying her. We also had booked two suites in which our friends were supposed to join us but at last minute were called away for an emergency and were unable to join us, we had put in a day prior a request to have one of the suites removed from reservation and she told us that the request was denied because the rooms were non refundable. So we still paid for both suites and yet she made no attempt to accommodate us in any manner except be rude. As for staff 1out of 4 frontdesk calls did they answer. So great hotel , rude and non accommodating staff. Not to mention we had just traveled 6 hours to get there. Not that I expect any accommodation but it would have been nice to have received at least an offer for an extra night's stay.

The location, the smell of weed in the hallway, the window lock was broken, the excessive wear and tear in the rooms with little good fixes to make it look good for guests. Wouldn’t stay here again. Canceling reservations with this hotel for a future trip to the area later this year.
