We went to Vegas for a concert and were looking for an affordable option that wouldn't be too far away. This was it - close enough to the Strip that we could walk to it if we had wanted to, but far enough that it was calm and quiet at night when you want to rest. If the temperature had been lower, we'd have saved a ton just walking instead of all the Uber's we had to get. Because it's only a bit off the strip, it's easy to get to the better-known ones and visit the main attractions (when traffic isn't too bad).

In several other hotels, they are accommodating enough that even when you arrive half an hr or an hr before check-in in they still help you; this wasn't the case here. Not interested in even knowing the name I had the reservation under, they told us to drop our bags and come back in an hour.

My wife and I travel every chance we get @ this home was beyond what we expected..very modern..the finest linen..largest shower ..jet tub ...the most comfy beds...several tvs...pool.and hot tub ..was the most relaxing time ..as well communication with host ..was on point...two thumbs up ....can't wait for our next stay over...GOD BLESS

The property is at a good location but not many options for food and shops u less you walk or drive about a half a mile down. Location is quiet, good family spot.

The indoor restaurant was not good this stay! We stayed at The Patricia Grand in 2023 and the restaurant was really good but this time the food was not great! We just had breakfast this time but it was soo much better previously! Also check out is 10am, I like the stays with 11am checkout so much more so you can enjoy your last day better and not so rushed prior to checkout!

The carpet in our room was seriously soiled in two spots. The bathroom in the mirror was old and showing grey spots. The grounds could be better kept, including rotting stair rails.
