For a 1 night stay, i put up with it, but I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others. The carpet was run down & looked dirty. The sheets looked cheap & super wrinkly/falling off the bed (no elastic left?). The whole room had a haphazard look, which did not exactly instill confidence in cleanliness. The whole room looked like it was furnished with damaged stuff they got for cheap at a discount store. Not what i would expect for the price & the Wyndham brand. The day after check out, I received an email stating I never showed up to the property, so my booking was "canceled". Their system sent me a checkout email before that, so clearly, the staff also don't know how properly check people in/out either.

You need to replace the staff. Terrible experience from the beginning. Not friendly, not helpful at all. Pool was closed. There is no drinking fountain available.

The room was beautiful, and our panoramic views were awesome! I found the bed a little to firm for my liking, but it was doable for the amount of time we were there. Check in was fast and easy.

I prefer a medium firm mattress. It would have been nice if we would have been allowed to pull our boat trailer through the entrance to offload our luggage. It was inconvenient for us to drop the boat trailer to just pull our vehicle through to load up and unload. I also did not care that trailer parking was across the street without any security.

Location was perfect- right by the lake, quiet wooded area. Right by a really nice beach.

The first step going up to the door had a loose plank that was a little dangerous- it needs to be fixed! Instructions on how to get to the house- which road to turn onto, etc- could have been a little more explicit.
