There was black mold in the on suite bathroom shower ceiling and wall. The same bathroom had a detached shower head plate and I spotted several spiders in our bedrooms and bathrooms during our 5 day stay.

When I got ready to take a bath, there was so much hair all over the tub, the wall side of the tub, the floors, and there was a dry soap in the bottom of the tub, so I rinsed out the tub, then turned the water on to to fill the tub I didn’t step down. It was hanging onto the bar on the side of the wall. I slipped, fell down or was on the outside of the tub. I had hit the wall. I waited a minute then I took my bath I called downstairs told the girl that had slipped and fell. I needed some more towels. She told me that I need emergency assistance. I said no and she said OK. I ordered a pizza the pizza people didn’t deliver it to my room. They gave it to the front desk girl and by the time I got my pizza it was so cold and nasty. then I told her again about the time she said since I didn’t need medical assistance there’s nothing that she could do. I woke up Thursday morning to 9 AM housekeeping beating on my door with the do not disturb sign on the door then about 10 Ish I woke up to the fire alarm going off not only did it go off one time it went off like three times and it was a false alarm.. when I checked out, I told the gentleman again about the slip and fall. He said sorry about your fall. Glad you’re OK. I told him that my room was cleaner than it was before I checked in. He’s said I’ll tell him.

We specifically booked a room for my daughter and they knew I (the mom ) booked and payed for the room .. my daughter was stranded after 8 hours of driving and we had to find another hotel for her to stay in so she could return to her college ! Very disappointed...
