      I would rate it a -5 if possible. Horrible. Code enforcement Fire hazard Cleanliness No room cleaning Had to ask for towels each day No front desk calls The staff nadar and Pam (mgmt) nothing but lip service 75 deposit held from 5-10 days. Nice money scam Should be shut down

      Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Very convenient location.

      That the thermostats were energy-efficient motion sensored. When you left the room, it didn't cut on, so the temperature rose. Same for when you sleep, no movement means it doesn't cut on. Some ppl don't mind 71-72. Im more of a 67-68 person.

      King suite was not a suite. It was a king bed with a small sleeper/loveseat right at the foot of the bed! "Suite" is usually two rooms of some sort. We had a cot brought in which could be moved under the coat rack...at least out of sight of the king bed. Hot tub/sauna had to be scheduled. not always available at time wanted.
