When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

  Yes once upon Check in the manager was very rude and looked at me like I was a Mexican. Probably because I am Mexican. He ran my card two times said it was declined but he tried to charged me more than he was supposed to do, it was 88.50 he charged me 94 or 50 he tried to get away with it. My card was he had said, yet I was charged 94.50 I sat in the parking lot trying to figure it out he denied charging me I called booking.com they said they see he collected the money the property collected the money but I was refuse to be given a room I had no place to stay so I was out of money and had to sleep in my car and still waiting for an outcome very rude man his name was Andy from India I thought that's his real name.

  The Room was decent. The breakfast was pretty much the standard breakfast served at hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If there was an issue or I need print something, they were on top of it.

  The Central elevator (there are 3, I am referring to the middle one) This Elevator was extremely noisy. It emitted a high-pitched sound that did not stop. My room did not have a mini fridge, and the coffee maker did not work as it was supposed to. The Coffee. Hotels are not known for having great coffee, but the stuff they had was bad. It made Army Coffee seem like Dunkin Donuts.

  The manager did not get back. The first night. nghtmare Nothing worked in the room. was dirty shower curtain smelled like smoke was unacceptable. There was alot of garbage around our rooms door. Never picked up end of next day There was no wi/fi no open pool. Did not move us to another room. Had to go out get a fan no airconditioning on a record high day in August Labor Day. The staff smokes outside the room all day. I am allergic and had to have a window open for air due to no airconditioning, It was awful. I was told that The manager would discount our 3 night stay. Full price back the first night. He has not yet contacted me.. There are many more complaints to list!. Was dissatisfied with this Hotel.

  I liked the fact that the washer has a dispenser for soap/fabric softener. I also like that there's an EV charger.

  There was mold in the room. Not only was the orange juice out but the apple juice was, also. So it's just water. They only have toast with the breakfast, no muffins. Also, I had an EV but couldn't access the charger until checkout the next day. They don't mark off or specify the spots. So other regular vehicles parked there, not caring. There was an elephant above me & doors slamming about 1 am.
