We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

  Location was good and room was clean. Staff was friendly. Loved the window darkening shades.

  The thermostat did not control the temperature in the room. It got hot and then cold throughout the night making it difficult to sleep well. The towels and washcloth were very worn and discolored. Did not have hot oatmeal but only offered instant oatmeal. Pillows were too hard.

  Don’t book room 101 if you are going to your room earlier than 10:00. Noise from the elevators, stairwell from the pool, library room, and outside window. Kitchen closes at 8:00 weekdays and 9:00 weekends. Clerk made honest mistake giving us the wrong time for a Thursday night. So, instead of running to the restaurant, we moved into our room first. Arrived at restaurant at 7:40 and they had closed the kitchen, Endedup buying Lunchables at the gift shop. Only dried powder available with the complimentary coffee.

  Service was bad, housekeeping was bad, room smelt like weed. Had to go to front desk to get everything we needed. Complained about shower head that wasn't replaced so I bought one. Terrible terrible. But what do these comments mean anyways we won't get any compensation. We stayed a week.

  Construction going on at this location. The next day they sent a text stating that the water was going to be turned off for the whole week from 11am to 5pm. When I got there at 6pm Monday after work the water was still off. I work at night and sleep during the day. I was planning on staying there the whole week but got charged a cancellation fee from Booking.com for leaving early. Location should have posted they are in construction a phase. I travel a lot and now going to be more careful who I use to book my travels. Hotel should have paid for my cancellation fee that booking.com charged me.
