Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      Our room faced the river, which was absolutely gorgeous. It was our first time staying there so it is the only room I’ve stayed in. So if you’re going to make a reservation, I highly recommend a river facing view.!!!

      Our room was the furthest one on the end, closest to the bridge. I did have to wear earplugs at night because the traffic over the bridge can be quite loud.

      I liked both the comfort of our room and the breakfast in the morning. Plus, the location is why I chose to stay here.

      I didn't like the fact we couldn't check in early as we were on our way to the Packers Thursday night game & ended up checking in after 11:30PM. After not being able to check in early, I was going to cancel & just drive the 4 hours back home after the game but I would have forfeited $$$ because of the time limit of cancelling. Left the hotel at 6:30 in the fog. Didn't like the rate...$135.00 would have been reasonable for just a few winks of sleep.

      The parking is awful. We were blocked in by two large buses. The lady as the front desk was unpleasant and would not help in asking the drivers of the bus to move so that we could get out.

      Filthy and disgusting, we left 10 minutes after arrival due to prostitutes by our room, we felt unsafe, smell of marijuana and cigarettes in our room, no furniture, rooms looked nothing like advertised, coach roaches, stains all over bed, cigarette burn holes on bed spread, towels dirty and stained.

      nothing, it was to expensive and we didn't receive any passes for the connected waterpark. Also we were supposed to be in a room with two queen beds and they gave us 2 double beds, complete disappointment all around, never will book through Booking.com again!

      When advertised it states anyone that stays at Chula Vista gets waterpark passes to Chula Vista waterpark. they told us we couldn't get those passes. Also we were supposed to be in a room with two queen beds and they gave us 2 double beds, complete disappointment all around, I never will book through Booking.com again! o and lack of parking, most of the time we had to park in a gravel lot filled with massive pot holes.
