  We stayed in a lil home so all communication was done through email, but the owner of the property was polite enough to leave her directions and entrance information the day before our stay. And her contact info for emergencies. But the property was beautiful and comfortable and private. Parking was right at the property in the drive way. A big plus was we had access to the whole bottom of the property to ourselves including the washer n dryer and kitchen. We loved it and would stay again when we return in summer season. Thank you My husband and I were very happy during our stay.

  The rugs on the bathroom. With beautiful tile floors the rugs were slippery since they had no rubber on the other side to stay in place. So we got our own to prevent any slipping accidents. And not a big deal but we love pressure water for our showers.

  We stayed here for my sons birthday and we had a ton of family also get rooms for the weekend. Everyone LOVED it, we had an absolute blast. I’m so happy I didn’t let the bad reviews change my mind about staying here. All of the employees were amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious, the park did close for lighting but opened right back up when the storm passed. Highly recommend staying here! We had kids and adults of all ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. You really can’t beat it for the price.

  Amazing hotel: welcoming/friendly/hardworking staff at the front desk, breakfast area and housekeeping. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable, sheets clean. Cute kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave a plus. Great breakfast and decaf espresso. Lemon water always available at the lobby. Will definitely return whenever I’m visiting Vegas!

  The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Every staff member we came in contact with was very helpful and gracious! Loved the fact that we didn't have to pay for parking.

  The distance from the hotel to the Niagara Falls Park was a little far when walking at night. We wanted to go see the fireworks at the park but didn't want to walk back to the hotel at that time of night.

  Disappointed that both the River Safari and the Two Pops Sandwich Shop were closed for renovations.. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time because we wanted to do some of that. Also there was no "staff" around to ask for any information. Everything was closed. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling on the first night we were there when it rained. I'm sure it wasn't the first time because there was already a stain on the ceiling. So at this time I would not recommend.

  The stark essence of the room. There were no drawers, no place to hang clothes. The bathroom had a low toilet seat. I'm on a walker and the the bathroom was hard to manage. After a little discussion they found me a shower chair. But in the room I had difficulty moving around not much room. When people travel as I did for a death of my brother it would have been nice to come to the room and been able to relax.
