  The pool was big. The staff were very helpful. The lady at the front desk, that had to tell us our room wasn’t ready, let us into the pool, so we didn’t have to leave again before checking in. The elevator was clean too.

  The hot tub was not working. When we came back to our room to check out, they had already started cleaning her room and they took the food that we had in the fridge. It was returned, but only after being told it was thrown away. We were just happy to get the food back.

  One of the workers she was so rude, so unprofessional,I ask her if I could change rooms for my and my daughters’ safety because we were just three women and she told me well what’s the problem with your room and I explained to her That that room they had given me was among pure men alone and there were many drug addicts it was under the stairs, super lonely, dark and that I was not comfortable and she said he couldn’t do anything that everything was full. I returned after 1 hour the first guy who attended me since I arrived was very kind and when I returned I talked to him, about giving me another room and he didn’t ask me for explanations or anything simply he said here is another room check it and if you don’t like it let me know to find another one for you and your daughters...
