My husband and I loved the location the most! Right in the middle of Charleston and Foley Beach! And it was next to a Walmart and a gas station. Also super easy to find and a straight shot to the beach from the house! The bed was super comfy and the bathtub was so relaxing! The tiny kitchen appliances were easy to use and also made it easy to make some great baked meals!
The grill and stove didn’t work while we were there so couldn’t spend much time outside. Did spend a little time outside with the tv and the hammock chairs which was wonderful but we were planning to grill out and bought groceries for the occasion but couldn’t figure out how to get the stove or grill to light or start which was a bit of a bummer. Didn’t stop us from having an absolutely amazing honeymoon though!

Nice staff , we got cookies upon our arrival, room was clean and the pool was amazing . Great location in front of the big fashion mall. I will return. Also, room and floor were very quiet and beds were comfy.

Historic place, yet upgraded and comfortable, walking distance and centrally located to many shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the suite and two separate balconies.
The cushions on the balcony chairs were dirty.

It could use a deep clean. Corners and baseboards were dirty. The lady that checked us in was on her phone the entire time I was registering and still on her cell phone when I went back to ask for toilet paper as our bathroom had none.

Love the toiletries in big, refillable bottles instead of the little, disposable plastic nettles that are so common in other hotels. Very nice receptionist when I arrived late at night.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Griavas Villa! The place is very cozy, spotless clean, and located in a campsite with a beautiful view, right across the beach. The host was very kind, allowing us early check-in and late checkout, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also appreciated the complimentary water and snacks– such a thoughtful touch. The location is also perfect if you have bikes, as it makes it easy to explore the beautiful surrounding beaches. It’s just a shame the villa was available only for one night, because we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”

“These are small but practical bungalows directly at the beach. Two or three bungalows are directly seafront, the remaining ones are behind, with a side sea view. Anyway all of them very close to a beach in a beautiful garden with high trees. During our stay the tide was low during mornings when the water goes back a few hundreds of meters and the tide was high in the evening with convenient swimming in the water. The staff is very friendly and will give you detailed information about the accomodation and island. The bungalows are small but convenient and well working. There's a private bathroom in the bungalows. The bed was pleasant with perfectly clean sheets. The location is very convenient. It's easy walking distance from the port and center, still it's in very quiet natural place. The food court is also very close. We enjoyed our stay here very much.”
