Took my children, nieces nephews & sister to come out and enjoy labor day weekend and we all had a blast. This is our 4th time staying here an we hope to continue enjoying this beautiful place. 18 of us in total & everyone had enough space an loved the location. The privacy an safety was an is my main concern, I was stress-free made so many new memories. Last family trip for 2025 was amazing. Thank you Stephanie & Luke for being amazing host.

Location to beach is wonderful one not to be beat. There has been new owners since my last stay and I was concerned about cleanliness , but everything was well up to standards . Also management impressed me by the way they handled a situation we had with the room. I have stayed at the Sahara before never a problem., but now with the “new” Sahara I am certain to always stay there
The ice machine was not in use, although there is a store directly behind that sells ice

Quiet, pieceful, best place to get away for the stressful city camping grill, breathe the natural oxygen nice environment. I do recommend camping on a farm. The staff present when I required a help. Awesome place! 👌

Great location, clean and excellent views. Our service maid, Zhi Yi was the most friendliest, appreciative lady. Loved seeing her smile every morning and having a chat.
The escalators were under maintenance a lot and the breakfast was inconsistent.

The location was good..
The room was not clean. The lamp was unplaged, and I moved the cabinet a little bit to plug it and saw a lot of dust and dirt behind and some little items as well. There was noticeable dust everywhere. At the check-in time, they demanded email, which I didn't want it to share. They said it's their policy. I didn't see good customer service. I felt I had no choice but to obey.

“So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
