Eureka Springs, Arkansas
The location was only 5-10 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs, which made it very convenient. The property is perched up along the hillside with beautiful views. The house was decorated to provide a cozy environment geared toward relaxation.
Colorado Springs, Colorado
Comfort and value for price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfy. Recliner too. Kitchen is nice to have. Laundry facilities is so convenient with a lot machines and dryers.
First night with very noisy neighbors and very thin walls. Wish kitchen had utensils were stocked in room, but they are available for purchase.

Breakfast and Dinner options were great. The room and bathroom size were comfortable. The location was easy off the highway. Also the food options in the area were good. The help at the front desk was accommodating.
The bed sheets had stains on them. It took over 12 hours to get the sheet changed. Also in the food area not enough staff was available to clean tables. The area where the food was served was messy with food stuff on counters and the floors.

Breakfast was good and front desk helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and bed was comfortable.
The elevator was old, slow, and struggling with 3 people in it. Some rooms were being renovated, so noise was bothersome. The a/c was old and took a long time to cool down room.

Would be nice to have a well-lit path to enter/exit the inn. The existing path was steep and dark at night.

Walking distance to different towers is too much not to mention having to wait till u find a cart to take your belongings that took a very very long time..,

Location was good.
We got there and our mini fridge wouldn't work even adjusting the knob nothing. Told the office a couple times but they still didn't do anything about it. The facility definitely needs some improvements done to the facility. Paint chipping away in bathroom and shower faucet loose on the wall

We were expecting freshly baked goods as we did last time time we stayed there. This time around, those items seemed to be stored bought.

“So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
