Someone had used the room. I thought they were still in it. It was unclean filthy. The bathroom was atrocious filthy. I would like to request a refund.
I would have stayed at a clean hotel. Go and visit it you will see how nasty it is.

The room was spacious and up to date. Very nice bathroom. The afternoon happy hour drinks were great. Breakfast was amazing!
The carpet had an odor in the front living space. Bedroom was fine. The afternoon happy hour needed more food because it was a full holiday weekend.

Nothing it was great
Billings, Montana
Breakfast was awesome. The main shared space looked beautiful. Many hot tubs available. Did not use them.
When we arrived the way they make the room cards was down. We couldn’t check in until after 5pm. That was the only time we would have had to use the hot tub. So we didn’t get to use them at all. We’re not compensated for the inconvenience. The TV wasn’t working. Asked the staff and they informed us many TVs don’t work. Took a few bucks off our stay which was nice but really we just wanted the TV to work. The shower knob slips. So our choice was to take cold showers with the knob at a 90 degree angle half way between hot and cold or all the way full blast on hot. If you tried to place it anywhere between half way and hot, the knob would slip all the way to hot and scald you. Lots of overnight noise. This is the one thing that may have been out of their control. This was our first time staying with this chain and it was not a pleasant experience. Which is unfortunate because it looks so pretty on the surface.

Room was adequate, food was very good, place was clean. Free laundry facilities was a nice bonus.
Did not like the $35/day resort fee. Was not a good value.
Dania Beach, Florida
Location to the airport and cruise port , beaches.
Room we had was facing a main road, lots of traffic noise.

Such a fun and unique stay for our group!
Climbing a ladder or narrow spiral stairs to bed.
Austin, Texas
Staff was friendly. Location.
This place is not for "vacation" travel. This place is for out of town construction workers, truckers, and people that maybe have no place to stay, but happen to get money to stay some place for a few days. So unless you are on a super tight budget and just need to lay low, then this place might be for you. Rooms are outdated, some bugs found. No housekeeping, no vending machines. Also, I would definitely not take kids here. Thanks.

“Good location close to the wildlife sanctuary and the airport, staff is very friendly, was allowed to leave my luggage there before check in. Rooms are cozy but functional, quiet at night. Was a good value for the price. Wifi worked well.”

“So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

Apart House A4 Wrocław
“I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
