We have been staying here at baymount for years . It's in a great location, clean rooms, comfy beds, n nice pool. They have a good breakfast. The staff is always friendly. We will continue staying here for all of our trips to the beach n visiting family .

Employee at check in was dismissive and rude. Told me she was tired. Upon check out, I asked to speak with the manager about a security issue that occurred during my stay. I left my number and was told they would contact me that day. Still waiting. To give the rest of you some insight into my issue, they gave another guest access to our room. That guest attempted to enter our room at 1:30am. Had it not been for our safety lock on the door, they would have entered. Needless to say, not much sleep was had the rest of the night and we had another 10 hours of driving ahead of us the next day.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
