We have been staying with this hotel for 7 years the location is perfect. Always quite very clean and the staff is like family to us. We love the big back patio next to the little pigeon river. You get to see all the wildlife and they come to visit during breakfast. They love the biscuits 😊 We have never had any bad experiences here only great ones.

Location to hospital
Double full six beds not queen size beds Sheets were very worn out Numerous bare spots Door to room from hall did not fit properly. Gaps between top of door and frame , also gap on side of door and frame . Bad repair jobs in bathroom, on wall and baseboards. 2 Dogs barked all night in room across the hall , at every noise in the hall.

We absolutely loved the location. It was minutes to the grocery stores, shopping, places to eat and many activities for the entire family. The house was the nicest place we have ever stayed. The kitchen was light and airy, located in an open design with the dining room and main living area. We rented the entire house so we had the luxury of two complete kitchens. There were two master’s complete with large spacious bathrooms and closets. There were five bedrooms which was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and new! I wish we could have stayed longer. Our future plans are to return to Outer Banks and stay again. I would highly recommend this home in the heart of Kitty Hawk.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
