The location was perfect! We were able to walk to time square an Rockefeller Center. There were lots of great food options near by. The room was smaller than expected but we were only there to sleep and shower,were were very comfortable.i will stay again..
Elevators were a little small so filled up fast. Lucky we were on a lower floor so we took stairs. It was also difficult to find when we first got there we drove by it two or three times before we realized it was there.

I liked how close the property was to the beach. It was very convenient just a simple drive over the bridge. Great food spots in Somers point as well.
I didn’t like how dirty the room was. We were constantly having to kill bugs. When we first checked in we saw two attendants walk into the room next to us with cans of raid in their hands covered by a towel. As if they know it’s dirty but they don’t want anyone else to know. The showers and floors were disgusting disgusting and overall the stay was very disappointing to say the least.

One of your staff was very rude when I asked if he can asked some one to wipe of the table that had food on it he took a napkin out of his pocket and wiped the table which I thought was very unsanitary i spoke to the front desk people

2 different rooms had bugs in them. The very expensive restaurant that served food that wasn't good. Not being able check in for several hours. After waiting so long getting in my room only to have one bed when I booked a two queen bed room.

“So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
