We stayed in room 809 which had a great view of the beach and ocean. We couldn't have asked for better days at the beach. The suite was comfortable but it smelled like dog, but we enjoyed our stay. If you like Italian food they have that at the beach house which is located on the beach outside of the hotel. Not many places to eat so we went to AC and ate at Kelsey's and Kim's and also Applebee's. We had breakfast at Phoenix Diner in Absecon. So there are restaurants near Brigantine. No problem with parking and it's free. Employees were very pleasant. I would stay again.
Had trouble with blinds. We were able to raise for a good view of the ocean and sunlight, however, we couldn't get them back down. Also, I didn't like the smell of dog in room 809.
Niagara Falls, New York State
The property was in a convenient location around many shops and close to the highways/ parkways. Room was cleaned and the shower had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and it was an easy check in and check out. Tv had a variety of good channels so you will definitely find something to watch if need be.
Don’t really have anything negative to say about the property. The breakfast was simple and could be a little bit better with maybe some eggs and some protein. Otherwise everything was good.

The room was spacious and clean. They allowed a late check-in and were very friendly.
The room was dated but as a clean place to sleep it was fine. The beds were to firm for us.

Extremely HOT in room, because there is NO air conditioning.... period ! It was 92* outside when I checked in..... and the room was stifling. There is NO air conditioning, and I mean that. So I laid on top of the bed, sweating all night., and this was in early September.

First of all it’s like a Motel not a hotel and rooms are smelly not clean. One of our room leaked water from upstairs and in my room one of the bed was broken. They gave some credit for the water issue but It’s seems like not doing any maintenance just making money. The price should be cheaper than what I paid because of the condition. It’s my opinion.

“So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
