The location is excellent and the parking is certainly a plus! The made-to-order breakfast was very good!
Our room, although large for a hotel, was a bit dated with few electrical outlets. We were constantly unplugging this or that so we could plug something else in. Hey guys … electricity is not a fad: it’s here to stay!

We really liked that the hotel was on the beach. We liked the pizza restaurant in the basement.
The pictures online are not accurate. It is much more run down. You had to check in to go to the pool. You had to use a valet to park. The elevators took forever and opened on each floor even if no one was there. The pool bar advertised drinks they didn't have. The room was old and musty. The shower got the whole bathroom floor wet. It felt as if they were trying to gold plate a dog turd.

It was beautiful and a different experience. The place was clean, the staff are so nice.
We are a family of 5 and the bulks are table, they were two difficult night sleep. But the rest, it was amazing.

Was kind of a dump. Carpet torn up on the balcony, wall was bashed in on stairwell. Price was cheap though was the best part.

Location. Cute place with a lot of potential.
Beds were on wheels. Moved when you sat down. No hot water. Low pressure. Grass needed mowed. Furniture was ok if you are 5’2 & 120 pounds. Coffee pot didn’t work. Bedroom light was dim. Side door came unlocked and opened while we were gone. Needs some TLC. Sorry

Our accommodation featured two spacious king beds and a bath tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The coffee provided was excellent, a small touch that made a big difference to our morning. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to local cafes and shops. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay!”

“So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

“The hotel was excellent, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa, who went out of his way to make the stay memorable. It’s in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Amsterdam, with a tram station just 5 minutes away. Important tip: at Materhonne tram station, don’t follow Google Maps, as it shows a 24-minute walk. Simply cross the street toward the hotel and you’ll be right there.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
