Room was clean, good HVAC control. Comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not great.
A couple of shortcomings: There were no hand towels or face clothes in the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for some. Fortunately, I had brought some bar soap with me as both liquid containers in the shower/sink were out of soap. They do not provide small bar soaps, so we would have been out of soap if I had not brought some. There is only one elevator to service 4 floors of rooms. That one elevator also services housekeeping. Busy time in the morning requires a long wait for the elevator. Wife thought it was broken she had to wait so long.

All the employees were very pleasant and polite. The room was very clean and pretty quiet.
Only 1 washcloth for a two day stay. Otherwise great. I only use a washcloth once and took a shower each day. Not a deal breaker.

We especially loved the amazingly scented shampoo and conditioner. The contactless check-in was convenient and straightforward. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
