Location and cleanliness! Super friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you have all you need. The breakfast baskets brought to the room in the mornings are excellent also. The treats in the room daily also were a fun surprise! I’d definitely stay here again.

room was clean and presentable. The night person ( a nice lady was very hospitable she showed us what handicapped rooms were available) kudo's to her. Property was clean. parking was great. Gas station down the street.
The breakfast had shortcomings, like limited items: bread, no bagels, not alot of breakfast items. The room that i stayed in bed's mattress was terrible. Both needed to be replaced. I had recent back surgery and requested a disabled room. when laying on the bad I sank into a trough on both beds. I didn't have a restfull sleep due to the beds condition. I had to use all the pillows and fill in both beds matresses troughs. Wish they replaced the matresses.

What I like about the property is that’s it’s located in Santa Barbara, that’s it
Well, it’s not what the pictures make it out to be, it’s over priced for what I got. There was trash everywhere, I paid $140 for a dirty kitchen and when I asked for them to clean it, they walked me to the kitchen like I made it up! There was so much attitude, when it should have been cleaned before I got there. It’s was an over priced motel 6, not ever coming back to this place.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
