Good location for our needs, sufficiently comfortable other than the bathtub/shower water not working properly. Continental breakfast wasn't amazing but at least was varied enough to suffice. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool but the rest of the hotel looked nicely kept so I assume it was good too.
So expensive but I think that's just the bay area for you. The hot vs cold water in the bathtub didn't mix and when we asked the staff for a different room, apparently the place was all booked but he said he could send the cleaning lady to take a look. What it really needed was a plumber though--it wasn't a problem that a cleaning lady was gonna fix. We could have probably pressed a little harder but we spent so little time at the hotel that it didn't matter enough to us to bother. People sifting through the trash out front was a bit of a strange feel to, but I guess that's again just the bay area for you...

The hotel is very comfortable and in an excellent location! You can easily walk to museums, The Bean, the river, the main shopping street with Starbucks Reserve, the Harry Potter store, and many other attractions. The hotel is very clean, there are lots of dining options nearby, and breakfast is included.

For it being a "Quality Inn", it sure lacked quality! Rooms need major overhaul especially the bathroom! Otherwise, okay.

Room was very nice and clean
Had no wifi most of our stay, told front desk and no one came to check on connection. We stayed in worse area of loud cruising with motorcycle & vehicles ramming their engines till 2am. Worse trip I have ever had

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable.
