There were some issues tv didn't work coffee was broke but it was handled quickly and we were all good very professional no issues with his property great spot as well

The swimming pool option should not be factored into the rate. The hotel connection is shared to a hotel that should be considered a 1 star quality hotel. It's a safety risk. I found a homeless looking man wondering on the 3rd floor. He must have come into the hotel from the connecting shabby hotel. The connection to each other bypasses the hotel lobby desks and has no security. Very unsafe for guests. No beach chairs. No brooms in rooms for beach sand cleanup.

First room bathroom was really dirty, second room was too hot ac wasn’t blowing well. I thought 3rd time was a charm (my family and I were too tired to keep switching rooms) bathtub water was backed up and getting worse every day. We are from out of state so not taking a shower before our flight home was incredibly frustrating

It was fine for a night or two. Location was great! Staff was friendly.
The dorm area was air conditioned but felt muggy at the same time. Not a lot of fresh air. The bed was lopsided and not the most comfortable. It was also short. My feet kept hitting the wall and I'm average height. The showers were incredibly small and cramped. Bathrooms had no paper towels. Sinks had no counter space to put toiletries.

We especially loved the amazingly scented shampoo and conditioner. The contactless check-in was convenient and straightforward. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”
