Booked a pet friendly room through booking.com, when we arrived they said no pet friendly rooms were available and to contact booking.com. I contacted them via their app, when I didn't get a response, they hung up on me twice. Today, 10 days after the issue, they said they contacted the hotel and Comfort Inns said I was a "No Show". I called the hotel and the clerk told me I was a No Show. All they had to do was 1. Confirm that no Pet Friendly Rooms were available 2. And that I did not stay in one. Simple as that - instead I'm on this goose chase to be treated fairly - but neither Comfort Inns or Booking com seem able to grant me this courtesy. I want a refund, but as long as you lie about my accommodations, it probably won't happen. Don't trust these people.

The only thing I liked was that it was the only option that was open for us to pay for as for all the others was booked so for last minute, they’re good, but it’s too expensive for the quality and the people are very kind, but it’s two-faced because they expect you to leave the room clean when you leave as what the lady says. She said it was a little bit dirty when you left which from what I remember, I don’t think we’re supposed to clean the hotel rooms before we leave, isn’t that their job on top of the fact that it wasn’t clean before I got there is kind of rude so that’s that.

The whole place was not clean properly detail work needs to be prioritize. There was ants. There was a condom under my bed. There was pieces of two by foot wood. What else the refrigerator and the microwave we’re not clean. The bathtub was not clean and the sink had syringes inside of the drain which clogged up the sink all in all the room was completely dirty for 134 per night. It is not worth it. Do not go here. They charge a late fee of $15. If you are late to check out they also charge supposedly a $20 deposit which they don’t take. They don’t have an ice machine that works they ydo have it, but they doesn’t work and what else it’s very insecure and not really that safe. They’ve taken Lil importance on making it look $134 dollars worth

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, which was included at no additional charge. Nearby Applebee's restaurant was good, and we walked there from the hotel through the pedestrian walkways through the roundabout.

Wilson is a nice and quiet town. The condo is in a great location. The condo is fully equipped and there is a nice market just walking distance away, that we went to often.

The tiled parts of the floor can get pretty cold!

Location is excellent. Lots of places as you walk around to have meal. Wonderful stuff.

Smell of puke/poop outside near trash can at the side door of the building.

Central location to go to both nice beaches Miramar and Destin.

The waffle machine didn’t work the batter stayed uncooked. The Elavator broke no one helped with luggage

What a great little hotel, nothing bad to say about it at all.
