- “So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

  Clean, quiet room with balcony/view of bay. Staff were all kind and helpful. Close to local grocery stores, restaurants. Laundry on site. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee in the room. You choose your breakfast from a menu the day before and it is brought to your room or opt to-go starting at 7am. Scrambled eggs, frittata, hard boiled egg, bagels, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, juice. Some of the menu is limited to certain items. Plenty of parking. Kitsap Way is a busy 4 lane street but we never heard traffic noise. We saw other people at the hotel who had kayaks parked outside their room - they would get up in the am and go out on the bay. It was a good place/location for us. There is a fast pedestrian ferry from Bremerton to Seattle - 30 minute ride.

  We had a great stay in this condo! The interior was nicely decorated and clean. The landscaping in the back of the property was beautiful and made you feel like you're at the beach! We particularly enjoyed the sauna and steam room on site. The location is also fantastic and easy to get to many of the restaurants we love. Would definitely book again.

  Billie greeted us with a smile and was very friendly during our stay. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable . An older hotel that has had some updates and awaiting more. Lovely view of the river from our rooms balcony. An easy 20 minute drive to Mackinaw for the Labor Day bridge walk

  Elevator and room smelled like cigarette smoke. Sink faucet handle and bathroom door loose. Did not sleep well due outside noise coming in through windows. My son's room had dirty clothes behind bathroom doors. And some lights did not work.
