The hotel boasts a stylish and sophisticated design that truly sets it apart. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat. I felt right at home during my stay. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to highlight the exceptional service from the staff. Maggie was incredibly friendly and helped with cleaning every day, doing an excellent job. On my departure day, I encountered a parade, and Michael went above and beyond to help me find a taxi and carry my luggage. Without his assistance, it would have been quite challenging for me as a solo traveller. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

Took my children, nieces nephews & sister to come out and enjoy labor day weekend and we all had a blast. This is our 4th time staying here an we hope to continue enjoying this beautiful place. 18 of us in total & everyone had enough space an loved the location. The privacy an safety was an is my main concern, I was stress-free made so many new memories. Last family trip for 2025 was amazing. Thank you Stephanie & Luke for being amazing host.

The Glen Hotel was an excellent place to stay. It is located next to the auto road for Mt Washington and has beautiful views of Mt Washington and the Presidential Range. The room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant and bar were quite good and reasonably priced. There is a large outdoor seating area with a fire pit and stunning views of the mountains. The hotel was impeccably clean.

There are no negatives. The hotel is next to the auto road, so if you are looking for the Cog Railway, you have to drive 30 miles to the other side of the mountain which was a beautiful drive.

The lobby was hot, the staff was real slow to get to me because they were dealing with a personal issue of their own. They put me in a handicap room, I did not ask for that, the room had a bad smelly bathroom and most lightbulbs were out.

The hotel has the worst reception staff I’ve ever encountered—uncooperative, unhelpful, and completely careless. When I informed the receptionist that I was heading to the airport, I expected at least a basic level of support. However, when I came down with my luggage, he simply told me the bus had already left. He never called me to come earlier nor asked the driver to wait a minute. As a result, I had to pay $20 for an Uber to the airport. It wasn’t the extra cost that upset me, but the complete disregard shown by the staff. When I confronted him, he responded disrespectfully, without any sense of regret, showing zero concern that a guest was upset. This clearly shows a lack of training in even the most basic customer care. On top of that, the breakfast is shockingly poor. They offer only two or three options, served with disposable plastic cutlery, while pretending it’s a “proper” breakfast service. This hotel does not deserve to charge for breakfast, and I strongly advise future guests not to pay any additional fee for it.

The room was not clean. The lamp was unplaged, and I moved the cabinet a little bit to plug it and saw a lot of dust and dirt behind and some little items as well. There was noticeable dust everywhere. At the check-in time, they demanded email, which I didn't want it to share. They said it's their policy. I didn't see good customer service. I felt I had no choice but to obey.
