      The hotel is beautiful, two pools (little and not as beautiful as expected plus no jacuzzi! This is something I saw when booking and the hotel didn’t have) other than that the lobby, then is courts, restaurants were beautiful. Room was ok, comfortable, clean but the bathroom is old and the shower was not working properly, either too cold or too hot and handle was loose

      the cafe down stairs was great really enjoyed it! our room was ok but the bath room shower drain was very slow draing and the bathroom door was broken! other than that a good experience!

      Nothing dirty one staff that didn’t know what he was doing and wanted to charge me again even though I had paid through booking

      Every staff member was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Loved that oat milk was available for my coffee.

      The provided towels were limited. Only 2 towels for 3 people in a room. I could have gone downstairs and asked for another but didn't. There were some yellow stains on one of the bed sheets.
