  The suite was spacious, the large king size bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Lots of space to store clothes, in the bedroom and in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, stove, large refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher. Service at the reception was very good. The lobby looked nice, there was also a computer corner. Breakfast was hot. It was a pleasing experience.

  The breakfast burritos, hand rolled and delicious! Worth the stay to not have a cruddy continental and something delicious and homemade . Some people say it costs money, that was not my experience. If you had a key card you got to eat :)

  The location was very difficult as a solo female traveler. There were many times I did not feel safe walking 6 minutes to the hotel my conference was at. My heart goes out to the significant unhoused population near this hotel. But unfortunately for me as a solo female and the majority of the unhoused individuals were men and it was tough to be alone. Many times I was woken up during my week stay to hearing fights outside the hotel or people going through the metal dumpsters. Once I had my white noise machine on I was able to sleep though the night. There were a couple times that I came back to the hotel, not late, around 7 PM, and there were two people going through the small trashcan, a foot next to the entryway. I did also see a woman and her kids living out of a car in the parking lot. I would stay here again if I was traveling with my husband, but I would not stay here as a single female traveler again. It’s just the unfortunate truth that there are certain places that female travelers feel safer, and this one is just not it. I asked the person at the front desk to watch me walk out to my car and load up my luggage when I had to leave at 4 AM, because I was not feeling comfortable in the parking lot alone at an early hour. This was a difficult review to write, especially because I really did enjoy the food, the room, and the price. The staff was also very nice. This is just the honest experience of being a solo female traveler at this hotel.

  The breakfast was great! We were very comfortable in our room, and enjoyed swimming in the pool. We appreciated having some of our food and entertainment included with the hotel for our family trip, it was an excellent value.

  There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, and the toilet paper was very thin/low quality. I also did not receive a code to access the pool and was locked out at first.

  i overall enjoyed the stay. i think what i liked the most was the location.

  i felt the bed sheets and pillow covers were extremely stiff. i didn't like that there were no black out curtains in the room and that after working night shoft and directly heading to airport, landing and expecting to get a few hours of sleep, the sheets were hard, i couldn't block out the direct sunlight and there was a constant noise of some music/bass playing.
