The motel was very quiet and well located for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. It is located in a neighborhood with good bus service and superior walkability. Decor was fresh and well done. Tv, bathroom, coffe/fridge/microwave were effective and convenient to use. Very comfy bed and very spacious room considering the rock bottom price we paid.

It was awful had to climb 32 steps to get to the condo, told them I was on oxygen said there was only 2 flights of stairs so I had to stay in the 4 days we were there.the rooms weren't that clean the carpet in the bedroom with queen bed could use a good shampooing,the rug in other bed room was dirty.the rug in the kitchen had spot of dirt all over it the gray color was almost black other words could use some new ones ,then went to take a shower ,shower didn't work the lever to turn it on was broke,the bath tub needed a good scrubing , the towels were dingy, then half the lights in the place didn't work,then the internet went out .my husband went to the car to get something he came back code for the door wouldn't work had to call to find out how to get back in they didn't know why the code stopped working ,.it was just one thing after another. Also droped a water bottle at the end of couch reached down to get it come up with cob webs and dust. Also was supposed to have balcony with beach view only view we had was to walk from our room to the end of walk way to see the ocean.Do you think they offered to help just gave us the run around everytime we called .would I book with them again no way. Also they need to get a better cleaning crew.

The staff was amazing with explanations of services and accommodation's. The bunk beds for the kids, safe , clean and my girls loved them.

It was a touch muggy and the air conditioner was noticeably aged by the buckets under them outside to catch water. Not very affective when it came to cooling down a room filled with a family of 5.

People starting walking above us at 427am (yes I looked at my clock and that was the time). Couldn't sleep afterwards. Sounds like the bedroom is possibly beneath a dining room because the sound of a chair moving back and forth was similar to a chair from a dining room.

The room seemed a bit small and the hallways were also tight. Not a deal breaker but some may feel cramped. The breakfast buffet was nice but very expensive especially for a family.

Hot tub area with pool - allowed about 20 kids in the area - was insane and loud (Maybe close this area to kids at like 9:30pm and let the adults to have a moment of calm till it closes.) AC - in room was very loud (But did cool the room quickly)
