  Excellent location, peaceful and watching the deer in the evenings was a perfect end to the day. Owner was very accommodating and very friendly. I was there for a memorial and she gave us flowers and a card expressing her support and sympathy.

  I gotta start by saying the place was nice and clean and the breakfast was yummy.the room is spacious and met all my needs. There is stores close by nnwe very close to the lake. I will definitely be staying here again.

  Best location in town for shopping and dining, especially if you prefer walking. Even the distance to the Spring is just a short walk across the Colorado river. Cool old hotel across from the train station.

  Paid extra to stay in a dog free room that is listed as a dog free floor in the hotel, and had a dog bark till almost 2.AM. Told staff the next day and they did not offer to repair the situation except to say the people in that room would not be staying any additional nights so we should be good. For as much as these rooms cost I would expect a little better customer service.

  My room was very clean. The room sq ft was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The fridge and microwave were great to have. The Wi-Fi worked well. AC worked well and wasn’t super loud.

  The lighting was dim. The hot/cold in the shower was hard to regulate. Shower water pressure was very low. As other reviews stated it is NOT a quiet building. The quiet hours seem a suggestion and are obeyed or not by other guests. There was a Keurig in the kitchen but no pods for coffee. I’m not sure if CozySuites was to provide coffee? The community kitchen fridges were overstuffed. Parking lot was unswept and parking spaces were occupied at any guest’s preference. Don’t expect to use your assigned spot.

  The club house was great for the kids and there was a show and tell on snakes and spiders that was lovely

  The sofa bed at the bottom floor is horrible for sleeping. The mattress needs replacement. We were only four and didn't need it, but for those looking to have a place for 6 individuals then it should be taken under consideration. Also, there was no communication with the host - we tried contacting them to make changes to the reservation dates and never got a response.
