We went into 2 rooms not ok finally 3rd one ok . First room a man worker in there Second room beds not made blankets just thrown on half way crooked. Third one was ok Lady at desk was kinda upset because stuff kept Being wrong . But if it wrong it’s wrong I’m Paying the bill not her .

We loved the location.The staff was friendly and the room was clean upon arrival. We booked a king sized room but we were given a room with 2 full sized beds. The hotel was sold out so we didn't have a choice but to accept without a refund of any kind.

We booked a standard King sized bed and we were placed in a room with 2 full sized beds in room 207. We didn't like the lack of daily room cleaning, they said on the third day cleaning would be done, but even after requesting, we never had our room cleaned once during our 6 night stay.They swapped out the towels only after requesting. There is no way to communicate with the front desk as there are no phones in the rooms. You have to call on your personal phone. There is a kettle as well as a keureg in the room, but no pods or tea provided. The microwave works and fridge was very cold. No tissues provided. There isn't a table to eat and only one chair in the room. There is a sort of hutch table that felt sticky to the touch. No full sized mirror. No closets, just an area to hang your clothes and few hangers. A small ironing board and iron were in good working order. The bathroom is very small. The TV is a smart TV, you can log into your streaming accounts, but we saw the last guest left theirs logged in. Be sure to log out when you leave. The elevator is super small, maybe 3 people can fit. But luggage will require a couple of trips. Ceramic dishes, glasses and silverware are available for use, but no kitchen sink, we had to wash in the bathroom sink. They provided paper towels. We won't be staying here again and cannot recommend this 1 star hotel, as that is how we see it now.

We checked into two rooms for two nights for the eclipse. The rooms smelled musty, smoky, and old, but appeared clean. Until my niece went to lay in the bed for the evening, only to discover there was URINE soaked through the sheets and into her pajama bottoms!! The sheets were rank, still wet and smelled disgustingly of urine!! Gross!!! We called downstairs and asked for another room entirely. The person at the desk was able to find a single room so my two nieces and my daughter had to stay in a separate room from me and my mom and other children. At this point we had three rooms. The person at the desk assured me that the following day we would be able to get another room and also assured me that we would be reimbursed for that room for the first night. Fine. The following day I told my story to Diana, who was extremely helpful and friendly, and the manager who was also helpful at the time assuring me that they would have a room for us when we came back in the evening and that I would be reimbursed for that first night. We checked out of the single room and the room with urine and had to crowd everything into the other room that we occupied. When we came back, we were given another room, great, and again was assured we would be reimbursed. I told the manager that I wanted the money returned to the card that I used to put the $100 incidental deposits (required for both rooms). He sort of waved me off and told me he would make sure it was taken care of. When we checked out on Monday April 8th, he told me it would be taken care of. I called the hotel on Thursday, April 11th, and was assured AGAIN that the money would be returned. Here it is April 16th, a full week after we have checked out, there's no email confirming that the money was returned, nothing pending in my bank and no return processed. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I want a refund for the ONE ROOM for the ONE NIGHT due to URINE BEING SOAKED IN THE BEDSHEETS!
