It was close to everything. I got in for $35.00 while others in lobby tdme they paid $65.00 & $121.00 I wouldnt pay $35.00 and would rather sleep iny car than to pick this HJ hotel. Just my honest opinion. And that's exactly what I did. Thank goodness I only paid for 1 night!!

Seeing bodily fluid stains on our sheets. Clear happy face emoji on bed sheets. Cute? Blood looking stains and other BM or ketchup and handful of stains on mattress. I wanted to throw up. Tried calling front desk multiple times. She answer and say hello 2 times and hangs up quickly. I called 3 times. I was hoping for a different room because I don't think our room/bathroom was cleaned? Pony tail rubber band on bathroom floor, dirty paper bowl by mini fridge, there's hair on my sheets when I looked on top of sheets....hair between the sheets......yes, I lifted the mattress cover and saw MUCH BIGGER STAINS. Like thank you for putting a cover on it....but it was discusting🤮🤮🤮. It was on the top....the edges of mattress on the sides like the bodily fluid or drink spilled down the side like water fall? I dunno..... I've stayed in other Howard Johnson hotels which was AWESOME, CLEAN, nice STAFF, but The HOWARD JOHNSON at Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on April 21, 2024 will never go back too. I paid $35.00ish. I talked to few others in the lobby and they had roach in their room, they couldn't get hold of the front desk lobby girl either and she pretended not to hear them on the phone either. So I wasn't the only one! I generally don't leave reviews whether good or bad. But this was beyond horrid to me. Also there was 3 choices of drink. Apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. There was no orange juice...it came out as water from the fountain machine. I made my own waffles...that was cool. Stick of butter on Styrofoam plate with spatula for everyone to scrape/ cut room to share. Dining room area was small but functional. Much smaller than other HJ and definitely not many choices but I was fine with it. Lobby appeared clean. Oh...I waited for ever, switched faucet handle from one side to another trying to get hot water. It was odd. I had hot water in the shower, but not the sink.

The pool was amazing, the bathrooms are small but clean. They still need to put a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Location can't be beat. Breakfast buffet fell a little short for the cost. Dinner was excellent.

This property was perfectly located for what we needed and felt very safe. View from the balcony was beautiful! The property was modern and tastefully decorated. It was also equipped with everything we needed.

The pool was closed for reconstruction so we had to use the property next door. I was however aware of this before booking, and it was beautiful with lots of comfy seating.

Upon arrival the sink was disgusting. It appeared the housekeepers had dumped the vacuum cleaner dirt into the sink and didn’t wash it down. And what was in it was alot as if the place hadn’t been done in a while.
