The dirty bed, ( I have pictures) the fall my wife took in the room due to their incontinence ( I made them aware of the issue, they brushed it off). It just wasn't pleasant at all. I have more pictures of the room.

Lighting---patio light did not work, remote for living room ceiling did not work, lock for patio from living did not work, confusing to have to use two different remotes for living TV. ALL OF these minor inconveniences. The number of emails from Vacasa and booking.com, the number of different forms to sign and confusion about HOA cost and many attachments did not work- -too many emails is not good communication. The email process is poor.
