  We book a 2 Queen suite and it did not disappoint. The room is spacious and clean. It came with 2 beds and a comfy sofa bed, They even gave us a "Premium Room gift bag". The hotel is in a safe area next to the freeway alongside many other hotels. It is close to downtown and just 12 minutes drive to the Airport. For the quality and the price, this place is a steal.

  The bathroom is dated. There were loud banging noise from other rooms but it stopped around 10pm.

  This is a great location a very short walk from the shops and restaurants on Embarcadero. It is a cozy stay and had a bed and breakfast feel. Ms. Vicky was very friendly and nice. We stayed in room 9, El Morro. It had a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. It was a great stay with added bonus of freshly made breakfast brought right to our door each morning.

  The room was very clean. Parking was very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located, could walk to everything down town. Free breakfast in the morning.

  Bed was lumpy but the pillows were amazing. Also, because it's located downtown, there were some issues with skateboarders hanging out right outside the parking lot. Didn't make me feel very safe and made me worry a little about my car.

  The main purpose for the room was to cook for our kids while we spent our last day in town. When I got in the stove top and oven was not working and had to wait half the day out to cook lunch for the kids they missed the whole day waiting for somebody to come fix and the staff on the phone was not helpful at all The place also had a lot of roaches so don’t leave your bags on the floor or food or drinks on the counter too long.
