      Compared to most hotels this place was clean and spotless. I love the common area, big open kitchen, but you also have your private room with everything you need. I came with my girlfriend and our child, which was perfect because they had a park right next door across the street, but more importantly, the host was very welcoming and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and at the end of our station gave us a private tour of the building. The property is quiet it’s private you don’t have to deal with people coming in and out. This is my spot when I come to Tallahassee thank you so much for this day.

      There was a $20 a night fee for parking. I was not aware of this, but I probably missed it when I signed.

      We asked for a full ocean view room & only got a partial view. Property not fully repaired. No screens on balcony. Bedroom door didn’t close. Front door made loud noise when you entered. Only bar restaurant was open which only has a few tables, was pricy, & limited menu.
