  The location was great easy access to the freeway, galleria mall, restaurants and shopping.

  We booked because Embassy Suites has indoor pool and spa but didn’t know u til after we paid for our hotel that the pool and spa were closed. Also, the hotel is under construction, only one working elevator in the hotel which was inconvenient and the front desk is out of a side office with a make shift desk in the doorway.

  There was a horrible odor in the elevator and on the 4th floor where we stayed. We stayed for 3 nights. I said something to different people at the front desk every day... they all said they didn't notice it and no one else complained (hard to believe). The morning we left when I mentioned it again, the desk person said that it was due to stagnant water on the roof. Great, so we were probably inhaling bacteria and molds for 3 nights!

  When we walked in there was heavy cigarette and weed smoke smell for it being a non-smoking house. We had to go buy air freshener and candles to get rid of the smell. The dryer didn't work so couldn't do any laundry. 2 outta 3 beds were broken and super uncomfortable. No water pressure, only 1 set of sheets per bed, so with the dryer not working, couldn't have clean sheets for our 4 day stay. Only 1 towle and 1 washcloth per person. Only 2 trash bags for the whole house for trash so had to buy more. The grill had a hornet's nest in it and was super dirty and unusable. Not enough seating. Couldn't use the garage to keep my vehicle secure.
