      The house was beautiful. The kitchen was a nice size and well furnished. The pool was clean & a bonus point was the firplace as well as an outdoor kitchen area. The location was within walking distance of the private beach which is very nice.

      The owner was very unresponsive to messages. I could not get a response from him which was frustrating so do not expect help with any issues during your stay. The house is big enough for 26 guests but only a total of 9 are allowed access on the private beach from that address so that makes no sense. And we were not told that prior to our stay. So that was a disappointment.

      A perfect stay at Miami Beach. Super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, beautiful rooms and a No 1 breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the Tiki Bar. A perfect place to spend a few days in Miami Beach.

      Loved the location, within walking distance of strip. Loved our view from our room, got to watch the sphere, pretty cool at night. The size of the room was great, bed was comfortable.

      Very nice husband and wife - Owers? Managers? He got the tv working in our room. She gave me earplugs for the noise and switched me to another room. very nice.

      Very easy check in process and easy parking. The room was sufficient.

      The TV channels did not include HBO or any other premium channels. The shower curtain was old and needed replacing. I requested housekeeping with coffee replacement and I was told it would happen but it never did.

      Chair in room was broken. We stayed in the exact same room 2 weeks before, reported the broken chair, and it still didn't get fixed. No hot water in sink. Hairs in bathtub. Ants and roaches in room.
