  Very clean! Front desk guy was really friendly and did a great job assuring me that there was someone always available if needed at the desk. The desk is open 24-7. Being new to LA knowing someone’s always available is reassuring to our safety. The bed was so comfy! Shower had great pressure and built in shampoo and conditioner.

  The sanitizing chemicals used to clean our room smelled a little strong. I have a great nose, husband not so great and even he was like that’s some strong sanitation. There’s comfort in knowing everything is squeaky clean, but if you’re sensitive to smell it may be a little to strong of a smell for you. We didn’t mind, just a thought for you. There also is construction going on so be careful with the construction workers.

  The front desk staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. Also, very helpful with information about local hiking trails, places to visit and restaurants. The "partial" view room was more than partial. There was a great view of the ocean and sunset.

  It’s very walkable distance to most things nearby beach is very close not even a mile like a 10 min walk so less than a mile if that

  Needs updated knife set knives were broken Needs air fryer for those that don’t really want to use the stove No garbage disposal switch to be found anywhere made the sink smell tried reaching out to the owners but never got a response about a ant issue or the garbage disposal

  Couldn't find your room if you were on the inside and then it looked like you were going into a hospital with no secured doors so anyone could get into the building. I asked for another room but said none was available but there were several empty ones because we're not blind and stupid. I would NOT recommend this place at all and told everyone we came in contact with while there in Branson
